"Eyes and ears, our shields and spears."
Background
Home of the Equestrian nobles, wealthy merchants, craftsponies and artisans - the members of House Whitegold like to think of themselves as the last remnants of the once great civilization of Equestria. But beneath the carefully crafted cloak of glamour and sophistication, there lies a harsh reality of a House that is more vicious and powerhungry than any other. Schemers, spies, assassins and smoothtalkers - the Whitegolds prefer a more subtle approach to achieving their goals. They fight with words, wealth, and daggers - to challenge them is to play a deadly game of lies and deception against the very masters of the trade...
Faction Traits

- House Whitegold has Foreign connections and trade that is far ahead of any other House which gives them a considerable financial advantage in the upcoming struggle.
- House Whitegold gets a stronger bonus with the "Gemstones" special resource.
- House Whitegold starts off with sufficient Naval and Airship forces that can be further increased and developed to a higher degree than the other factions are capable of. Necessary investments for protecting their foreign trade interests.
- House Whitegold starts with the least amount of territories which is somewhat compensated by their higher levels of development.
- House Whitegold is proficient at Counter-Intelligence and Spying.
